For baby boomers who are considering retirement, choosing a home in a retirement community is both essential, and a good deal of hard work. Home styles, amenities and lifestyle must be considered, and a good deal of the decision rests on where a homebuyer is most comfortable. There are many things to think about when looking at retirement communities, but an example of what many communities have to offer is in one place at Trilogy at Vistancia.

Trilogy at Vistancia is a dedicated retirement community located in the Northwest Valley of Phoenix, Arizona, among the foothills of Peoria. Trilogy at Vistancia is nestled within a larger planned community, along with other family villages. The entire community is made up of smaller villages, all connected by hiking trails winding throughout.

Located just a short drive from Phoenix, Peoria offers a great deal to residents of Trilogy. Lake Pleasant covers about a thousand acres in Peoria, and offers camping, boating, water skiing and fishing. For sports lovers, there is the Sports Complex, which is home to both baseball games and community activities. The Peoria Center for the Performing Arts, the Challenger Learning Center, and many theaters offer vast opportunities for culture and entertainment. Add in dining, shopping and annual events, Peoria has much to offer to retirees.

Trilogy at Vistancia offers three styles of homes for buyers to choose from, ranging in price from $196,900.00 to $282,900.00. Natura Collection homes are two bedroom, two bath and all have a two car garage. They are the smallest homes offered, between 1438 and 1928 square feet. Vertias Collection homes have two bedrooms and either two or two and a half bathrooms, as well as two car garages. In addition, these homes offer a slightly larger outdoor space. The square footage of this collection ranges from 1867 to 2193. The third style offered is the Vita Collection, where the homes have two to three bedrooms and two to two and a half bathrooms, with either a two or three car garage. These homes are the largest, with grand entertainment spaces and 2164 to 3096 square feet.

Trilogy at Vistancia encourages an active and outgoing lifestyle, and has the amenities to match. The Kiva Club houses an athletic club, spa and café. Classes are offered in the athletic club, and there are two pools in which to relax. Golfers cannot find a better course to play than the Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, which is available to residents. In addition, there is a center for learning, tennis courts and Discovery Trails to get residents out and about.

If a retiree is looking for an active and outgoing retirement, Trilogy at Vistancia has the homes, location and amenities that should be considered when making a decision about a retirement community. Visit community website.
